After sharing her fertility struggles on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Boz, 49, admitted that it hasn’t been easy being vulnerable on-screen as she opened up about her ups and downs. She also reacted to being left out of Rachel Zoe’s trip to the Hamptons, teased her own trip to Italy, and explained her decision to gift her daughter Lael a Maserati for her 16th birthday.
“It is ongoing and we haven’t been successful yet, but I am still here. We’re still hopeful. We’re still going,” Boz shared during a February 19 interview with Extra.

According to Boz, one of the most meaningful parts of sharing her journey on RHOBH has been watching it unfold and hearing from viewers.
“People have been so encouraging. Of course, there have been the critics, which you have to just take with a grain of salt, but there’s so many people who are like, ‘Oh girl, keep going. I did five rounds and then got my baby.’ People have been so wonderfully supportive,” she said. “So that’s actually been really, really wonderful.”
Still, she acknowledged the emotional toll of putting something so personal on television.
“It’s been so scary to be that vulnerable,” Boz admitted.
“I haven’t had a problem telling people about my life because I just feel like, hey, look, this is a human experience. I don’t think I knew how many people go through the IVF journey and how difficult it is for everybody who goes through it. I don’t think I’ve talked to one person who was like, ‘It was a breeze. It was fine.’ No. It’s difficult,” she explained. “It’s filled with anxiety and hormones that make you feel ill and being bloated. Sometimes I looked at myself on camera, like during the season watching, and I’m just like, ‘Oh god.’ It was difficult.”
Turning to the cast’s recent Hamptons trip arranged by Rachel Zoe, 54, Boz admitted she was disappointed to be left out.
“[Erika Jayne] had the best line. She said, ‘Why are we not in the Hamptons? I’m stuck here with the money queen mat [Amanda Frances].’ I was like, ‘Oh man, you are right. How did we get left behind?’” she recalled.
She added that Rachel’s intention appeared to be helping Dorit Kemsley, 49, and Kyle Richards, 57, mend their relationship.
“Let’s see if it works,” Boz said, noting that she is a big fan of Rachel and feels closest to her and Dorit.
“Rachel and Dorit are my homies,” she shared.
During the interview, Boz also teased the cast’s upcoming trip to Italy, saying there were “funny bits” along with “tears, some big ones.”
She then addressed her decision to gift her daughter Lael a Maserati for her 16th birthday after Lael pitched her dream car idea.
“She didn’t pitch for a Maserati, but I decided to add some extra sauce on it. I didn’t have a Maserati at 16, so this is actually kind of a dream come true for me to be able to give her something that I wish I could’ve had when I was 16,” Boz said.
