HGTV is keeping the momentum going this week with a mix of new episodes, returning favorites, and a major premiere to close things out. The network seems to have settled into a rhythm lately. Fresh episodes roll out early in the week, reruns fill parts of primetime, and Sunday night delivers the biggest reason to tune in.

If cozy home shows are your go-to comfort watch, this week’s lineup offers plenty to enjoy. From renovation competitions to dream-home searches, here’s what’s airing during primetime on HGTV from March 9 through March 15.

What’s Happening on HGTV This Week

Before diving into the daily schedule, there are a few highlights to note.

“Bachelor Mansion Takeover” continues its rollout this week. The renovation competition featuring Bachelor Nation alumni returns with a new episode Monday night, with additional airings later in the week for viewers who miss the first broadcast.

HGTV is also giving continued attention to “Wild Vacation Rentals.” The series showcases unique getaway properties across the country and appears multiple times throughout the schedule. For viewers who enjoy unconventional homes and adventurous travel spots, it remains one of the network’s newer standouts.

Meanwhile, HGTV’s longtime staples continue to anchor primetime. New episodes of “House Hunters,” “House Hunters International,” “My Lottery Dream Home,” and “Home Town” appear across the week.

Sunday night brings the week’s biggest premiere. “Property Brothers: Under Pressure” joins the lineup, adding a higher-stakes twist to the familiar Property Brothers format. In the new series, Drew and Jonathan Scott help buyers navigate difficult home searches, including tight budgets, competitive markets, and complex timelines, before stepping in to renovate once the purchase is complete.
